Healthy Roster, a leading provider of sports medicine and injury documentation software acquired Sway Medical, a leader in mobile concussion management, in a transaction backed by Level Equity. Together, the companies serve thousands of organizations across athletics, healthcare, and occupational health.

Cleveland Diagnostics: PMA Approval for IsoPSA

  • This FDA Premarket Approval (PMA) now enables IsoPSA Reagent Kit© to be distributed to and run in clinical laboratories nationwide, meaning far more patients and physicians will have access to a test that helps inform patient management.
  • FDA Approves IsoPSA, Cleveland Diagnostics’ Novel Blood-Based Prostate Cancer Test
    • Cleveland Diagnostics has offered IsoPSA as a Laboratory-Developed Test (LDT) since 2020. 
    • This FDA Premarket Approval (PMA) now enables IsoPSA Reagent Kit© to be distributed to and run in clinical laboratories nationwide, meaning far more patients and physicians will have access to a test that helps inform patient management.
    • Medicare and a growing number of commercial payors now cover the test. IsoPSA is included in leading clinical practice guidelines, including the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Prostate Cancer Early Detection Guideline (2025) and the Early Detection of Prostate Cancer: American Urology Association/Society of Urologic Oncology Guideline (2023).

Niobium Secures $23M+ Oversubscribed Financing to Lead FHE Hardware Acceleration for the Quantum and AI Era

Niobium's FHE hardware accelerator enables computing on encrypted data, providing a mathematical guarantee of data privacy. The investment marks growing market conviction that FHE will play a foundational role in securing the data economy as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing reshape how organizations manage privacy and trust.

The round includes returning investors such as Fusion Fund and new investors including Blockchange Ventures and ADVentures (the corporate venture arm of Analog Devices, Inc.)
